PAYMENT METHODS
1. Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery method)
Pay your order in cash to the courier company employee upon delivery to your location. When placing an order, the purchase agreement is made after your payment is completed.
The cash on delivery cost is set at €1.50.
2. Payment by credit or debit card
The online store www.ponponboutique.gr cooperates with the National Bank of Greece for the payment service with credit or debit cards.
Card payment is a completely safe payment method for our customers. PONPON BOUTIQUE will never have knowledge of your card or account information.
For the payment of the order, you are automatically redirected to a special website of the National Bank of Greece without us coming into contact under any circumstances with the details and data of your credit or debit card. This information is transferred by you using an encrypted connection to the bank through the bank’s secure transaction systems.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when receiving your order with your credit card and your ID as it is possible that it will be requested by the carrier. In this case, the receipt of the order by a third party is not allowed. The same applies if you order on behalf of a company. In this case the card should be corporate and the recipient’s name should be written on the card. When placing an order, the purchase agreement is made after your payment has been transferred.
ORDER – DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS – PAYMENT COSTS
1. Order completion and payment
As soon as you place your order, a message appears with your order information. Also check the email you gave us because after a while you will receive a confirmation email with more information about your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after a while, please check your Spam or Junk folder as it is possible that the confirmation was routed there automatically.
Delivery dates and times:
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am. until 17.00 p.m. for Thessaloniki. For the rest of Greece and internationally, the delivery times of each courier company apply.
2. Order Delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• In periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
• In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. . Your registered information is not correctly updated.
3. Transaction Currency
The listed currencies are informative and all transactions are made in Euros (€)
4. Order Tracking
In case you want to be informed about the progress of your order, you can contact the customer service of ponponboutique, either at the email address ponponboutique@outlook.com or by phone at +30 2311241837 (daily 09:00 – 17:00) and ask the tracking number of your order. As for Greece, if you use the specific shipping number on the website of the respective postal service, you can track the progress of your order.
5. Shipping costs
The shipping cost of our products in Greece is €3.50 for orders of €60 and under, and free for orders over €60.
The shipping cost is not calculated when completing the order and may vary for orders outside Greece.
