Returns
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return/exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can request a replacement of the products or a refund. The refund is made in the same way as the order was made or in case of payment by cash on delivery, you must send us an IBAN bank account by e-mail.
Products purchased from the SALES category cannot be returned unless it is a defective product.
It is essential that the product be returned using its original packaging, unwashed, unworn and with tags and retail receipt or invoice included. If the product has been used or damaged, returns will not be accepted. The shipment must be made with the partner company that we will indicate to you.
